  • Submit to the CBAM Registry quarterly emission declarations
  • Declarations to be submitted within a month after the end of each calendar quarter
  • The CBAM report must include:
  1. Total quantity of each CBAM good specified for each producing facility in the country of origin
  2. Total direct and indirect emissions
  3. Production parameters
  4. Carbon price paid in the country of origin considering any available rebates

  • Based on default values OR
  • Based on supplier communicated emissions OR
  • Based on assessed values
  • In XML format for automatic upload to the CBAM Portal
  • Validated against CBAM Portal requirements
